What plumbing services do you offer?
Specialising in water in, water out, air source and heating. And with no job too big or too small there isn’t much we don’t offer in the world of plumbing and heat pumps. Give us a call to discuss how we can meet your exact needs.
How can I schedule a service?
You can schedule a service by calling us directly or filling out our free quote request form online. One of the team will then be in contact to get you booked in for a free of charge site assessment. With weekend and evening appointments available, we provide flexibility to meet your needs.
What qualifications do you have?
All our plumbing engineers are fully qualified to carry out the work that they have been assigned for the day. For specialised work such a power flushing, leak detection, water mains supply work or air source works – our engineers have gone through extra manufacture specific training and gained extra qualifications with examining bodies. You will also find us on the WIAPS register, proving peace of mind that we have been assessed and are working Water Safe Regulations.
How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. Starting from £60+Vat for the first hour. Followed by an hourly charge of £60+Vat charged in 30 minute increments. Meaning if we are on site for 1.5 hours the total will come to £90+Vat for labour, plus any materials used. We will always provide estimates before starting any work to ensure no surprises for our customers.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured, to protect both our customers and ourselves. Meaning we have public liability insurance for up to 10 million along with employers liability insurance. Giving you the piece of mind that in the unlikely event of an accident, things will be handled appropriately. Fun fact – we also hold insurances to produce and sell food and beverages through our promotional candy floss stall! Not many plumbing companies can say that!
Do you offer a guarantee?
As part of our commitment to putting our customers first, all of our labour work comes with a standard 6 months guarantee. Meaning that if something isn’t right, we will come back to your property free of charge and resolve the issue for free. We are unable to offer guarantees on parts as these work be subject to manufacturer terms but can be discussed with you at point of purchase to support you with making and informed decision about the products.
